The AGM is before the monthly meeting on the 18th May and not as stated in the last (March) newsletter.

The aim of the AGM is to approve the Annual Report and the Accounts.

Ahead of the meeting all members will receive information on how to submit nominations for committee positions and how to propose
resolutions.
