This month we read 'The Glass House' by Eve Chase.  We had some interesting discussions about the characters whose actions and relationships were gradually revealed and explored through the chapters, which focused on individuals both in the present and through some key events of 1971, flipping between these.  All enjoyed the book, though there were differences of opinion regarding the effectiveness of the time-switch style adopted, and we questioned the likelihood of some of the relationships and the neatness of the ending. 

Next month's book is 'Trust' by Hernan Diaz.  We will meet as usual at Philo's at 2pm on Friday 7th March.
