We have moved away from the usual watercolours for two meetings this year.

Debs Webster, a local artist came to give us a beginners session using oil paints. It was fun to try something that is new to most of us and interesting how we were divided over who really enjoyed it and would like to have another go and who found it very messy and a right palaver!

This month we returned to acrylics with the work of David Hockney as our inspiration . He has covered a vast array of topics and styles in his career and we are in agreement to continue with this theme for a while.
