We chat, have fun and enjoy the gentle exercise of Sun and Yang Tai chi with music.
We meet every Thursday morning and have 3 classes including a beginners class.
The new programme, from 25th September 2025, is as follows:-
NEW BEGINNERS CLASS. 10:00am to 11:00am.
INTERMEDIATES CLASS. 11:00am to 12:00 noon.
IMPROVERS CLASS. 12:00 noon to 1 00pm.
EQUIPMENT: No special equipment is required. No special clothing is needed other than loose fitting clothes and comfortable flat shoes.
