This group runs every Friday at 10:00am from Philo's in Ruddington Village.
Our group of lovely knitters have been busy over the past few months knitting baby clothes, baby blankets, dog coats, toys, and lots more, all to help with raising funds for Ruddington U3A.
The first Saturday in September, October and November saw Joy, Margaret and Cheryl host a stall at the end of Joy’s drive to coincide with the Ruddington Market. The stall displayed all the wonderful knits the group have created and were a great success with the public, even resulting in personal orders being placed for Christmas presents.
Over the Winter the group will continue to Knit & Natter, on a Friday morning at 10:00 am at Philo’s in Ruddington, to replenish stock for the start of Spring 2025. Please come along and join us.
So far Knit & Natter group has amazingly raised over £240 for the Ruddington U3A. Well done and thank you!
